Delivery will be made by registered pos Malaysia to the shipping address stated in the order.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, we only provide delivery services to our customers with full and valid address as goods redeemed.
We deliver the product(s) 3 days after countdown timer end, unless Next day delivery is stated in order page.
As we are working with third-party shipping partner, we cannot guarantee the delivery time-lines, however, our reliable partner will try their best to deliver the product(s) to our customers in the shortest period of time.

If stock is not available, we will email to customers to reconfirm the item sizes, colors, models. The estimated delivery duration will be 2-3 days for Peninsular Malaysia if no delays.For East Malaysia deliveries, the estimated delivery duration will be 4-6 working days depending on the location of the cities and towns.

We will notify our customers by email when item(s) is sent.

We will send the shipment tracking number(s) to our customer via email.

It is the responsibility of our customers to provide accurate shipping address and contact information, e.g.phone numbers, email address. If the postal service provider is unable to deliver the package to the customers due to various reasons, the goods will be returned to our office. In order to resend the package, we need to reconfirm the shipping address with our customers and they need to pay the shipping fees and other related charges again. We do not liable for any non-delivered packages if due to the mistake(s) created by our customer, e.g. inaccurate shipping address, etc.
