Warranty Policy

Standard Product Warranty.

All product come with 7 days standard warranty, start on the day of parcel received.

optional warranty upgrade available on each product page.

Product will may be unsealed for inspection/ test/ warranty sticker.The Limited Warranty starts from the day customer receives the product.

The warranty also does NOT cover the following:

  • Abuse or misuse, including but not solely limited to the failure to use the product for its normal purposes and operations
  • Accidents, water hazards, fire hazards, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the control.
  • Any part of the seal on the battery enclosure or cells is broken or shows evidence of tampering.
  • LED indicator light malfunction if there is no power output or input
  • Battery swollen
  • Slow charging.
  • USB port / charging port loose, broken, damage or defective.
  • ON/OFF button or screen broken, damage, defective.
  • Power bank built in cable broken, damage, defective.

The average warranty claim processing time is less than 30 days

Shipping fees to return the warranty item(s) to our warranty department and to resend a replacement will be covered by both ways. If product is defective within the first 3 days of purchase, we will exchange a new replacement unit instead of repair at cost (We will cover for shipping both ways).

Local Warranty @ Whypaymoreonline’s Cost

All electronic products come with local warranty. You can send or hand in to us in Kajang. None of any charges will be imposed for your claim, neither the shipping fee. Let us do the part for you. T & C apply.

All new products warranty is subject to the warranty policy of the individual vendor.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Meaning : Item shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operation upon its first use out of the box, and then it may be deemed DOA.

Reporting DOA & Resolution.

If you believe product to be DOA, you may initiate your return via email or phone within 3 days of your receipt and must be returned to Whypaymoreonline.com my within 7 days of your receipt of the products.

Please note that original manufacturers’ packaging is part of the goods; please ensure you return the DOA product to us in their original packaging.

  • The goods are second hand without the packaging and therefore we may not be able to process your return.
  • Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.
  • If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product, Whypaymoreonline.com may imposed a maximum of RM100 handling fee and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse or is missing parts due to customer tampering will not be accepted.
  • Product must be deemed DOA by the respective vendor in order to receive a replacement unit.
  • If product is reported as DOA to Whypaymoreonline.com more than 3 days after you receive it, standard warranty shall apply.
  • If the product is deemed by respective vendor NOT to be DOA, standard product warranty will apply
